Context

Over the past few years, I have observed a recurring pattern among people around me, including friends, colleagues, and strangers online.

They weren't necessarily "sick." They weren't incapable. They were lost. Lost in motivation. Lost in direction. Lost in routines.

Many were experiencing anxiety, burnout, lack of focus, emotional instability, financial confusion, or an ongoing feeling that life was happening without intention.

Tools

Traditional therapy and professional help are often:

  1. Focused on diagnosis rather than structure
  2. Financially inaccessible
  3. Difficult to start

What if people had access to structured, affordable knowledge that helps them understand what they are doing wrong and rebuild their life routines without diagnosis, pressure, or complexity?


Chapter 1

Discovery

Desk Research

I conducted secondary research across neuroscience, psychology, behavioural science, mental health, and body health studies to understand the interdependence between physiological regulation and emotional wellbeing.

These insights reinforced the idea that lifestyle regulation often precedes emotional healing.

Sleep quality directly impacts emotional regulation and focus.

Physical activity reduces anxiety and improves executive function.

Habit formation depends on environmental design, not willpower.

Meaning and purpose improve resilience during crises.

User Interviews

I conducted qualitative interviews with 16 people aged 20–50 to understand if they are experiencing emotional or life instability and how they are dealing with it.

"I feel like I'm always running behind, but I don't know what I'm chasing."

"Therapy is too expensive, so I just scroll social media to numb the anxiety."

"I know I should sleep better, but I don't have a routine to wind down."

"I need a guide, not a doctor. Someone to tell me 'do this today'."

Chapter 3

Ideation

Usability Testing

I conducted usability testing with eight users and iterated on the wireframes based on the insights gathered.

The primary goal of the testing was to evaluate the platform's simplicity, ensuring the user journey was easy to understand and that the interface remained visually minimal and consistent throughout.

Following these iterations, I refined and enhanced the final screens into a more visually compelling and polished design.

Understand the importance of lifestyle change before attempting to change habits, building awareness rather than relying on motivation alone.

Learn the scientific foundations of behaviour, including how the human brain works, how routines are formed, and how discipline is developed.
